End-of-Life Announcement: Terminal Ultralight

As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing security and streamlining our product line, we are announcing the end-of-life (EOL) for Terminal Ultralight.

Terminal Ultralight EOL Notice Terminal Ultralight will enter a one-year EoL notice period, effective from 1St August 2025. After this period, no new Terminal Ultralight units will be available for sale. We will continue to support all existing installations for an additional two years, with end-of-service planned for 1 August 2028, ensuring our users experience a smooth and supported transition.

We want to assure customers who have purchased Terminal Ultralight with extended warranties that all valid warranty agreements will be fully honored, even beyond the end-of-support period outlined above.

Transition to Terminal Pro With the evolution of security needs, we encourage all our customers to migrate to our recommended alternative, Terminal Pro. The upcoming Terminal Pro 4.5 release will introduce higher security standards and an extended feature set, and will be listed at a more competitive price in the new hardware price list.

A Commitment to Innovation and Support We sincerely thank all customers who have chosen Terminal Ultralight over the years. The trust in our solutions has allowed us to innovate further, and we are eager to bring them the benefits of our latest advancements through Terminal Pro 4.5, which will be released shortly.
