END-OF-LIFE ANNOUNCEMENT: MFX READERS

To keep our portfolio aligned with modern authentication needs, we are announcing the End of Life (EoL) of selected YSoft MFX Readers and their transition to the new YSoft MFX4 series.

MFX Readers EOL Notice

The following MFX Reader models will enter a one‑year EoL notice period effective from 1 February 2026. After this period (on 1 February 2027), the affected models will no longer be available for sale.

Throughout the notice period, existing MFX Readers will remain available. We encourage partners to transition new opportunities to the MFX4 product line, which introduces a modern architecture and the foundation for future remote management and cloud‑based services.

Existing support agreements will remain in place for all impacted devices and the entire warranty period.

Transition to YSoft MFX4 Readers

• The transition to MFX4 is planned on a like-for-like product basis, and the MFX4 readers are fully compatible with existing environments, allowing mixed deployments of MFX and MFX4 devices during the migration period.
• Please note that, as part of the repositioning of our product range, the MFX4 Mobile Reader will no longer support HID Prox and Indala technologies; all other supported technologies remain the same between the corresponding MFX and MFX4 models.
