End of Life Announcement: Retiring legacy domain system

Mar 13, 2026

We are officially retiring our legacy content delivery domain cdn.everyoneprint.com.

Please note that this update only applies to SAFEQ Cloud. From April 01, 2026 we are retiring our legacy content delivery domain and moving to our new, modernized domain: cdn.ysoft.cloud.

Action Required:

If any of your customers are using explicit firewall exception rules to allow our CDN traffic, please ensure these rules are updated to include cdn.ysoft.cloud Without this update, the following services will be affected after the upcoming server transition:

  • PC Client auto-updates will no longer function.
  • PC Client downloads from our website will fail.

Please make sure these adjustments are completed as soon as possible to prevent service interruption.

If you have any questions, our support team is ready to help.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued partnership.
